Guided Meditation with Alexandra Windsong

Explore meditation as a tool for relaxation, healing, stress management, grounding, focus and concentration, and personal and spiritual growth. Meditations vary from one week to the next, giving you an opportunity to experience a variety of meditation techniques.

Current schedule

Mondays 7 - 8 pm on the following dates:

November 12th - December 17th
January 7th - February 11th
March 18th - April 22nd
May 6th - June 17th (skip May 27th)

You can sign up for a full six week session or drop-in when you can. $46 for full six week session. $10.50 per class drop in.

Pre-registration is suggested as space is limited. Drop-ins are welcome provided space is available. Click here for information on how to pre-register.
