Guided Meditation with Alexandra Windsong

Explore meditation as a tool for relaxation, healing, stress management, grounding, focus and concentration, and personal and spiritual growth. Meditations vary from one week to the next, giving you an opportunity to experience a variety of meditation techniques.

Current schedule: Mondays, 7 - 8 pm

  • September 13, 2010 - October 18, 2010
  • November 1, 2010 - December 6, 2010

Pre-registration is suggested as space is limited. *Drop-ins are welcome provided space is available. Click here for information on how to pre-register.
Cost: $45 for an entire six week session, $10.00 per individual class (drop-in).

*While the meditation group is run in six week sessions, you may drop-in anytime provided space is available.
