From the east: Take Route 70 West toward Frederick. At Frederick, take exit 56, (Patrick Street/Fairgrounds/Route 144). At the end of the exit ramp you will come to a stop sign. Go straight. You are now on East Patrick Street. It is approximately two miles from here. Follow East Patrick Street until it becomes West Patrick Street when it intersects Market Street. At this intersection, continue straight on West Patrick another 2 - 3 blocks. The Healing Way is located in a light green building on the left hand side of the street, 250 West Patrick.

From the north: Take 15 South toward Frederick. At Frederick, take the exit for Motter Avenue. As you come off the exit, turn right and follow Motter Avenue south toward the downtown historic district. As you approach the downtown district, Motter Avenue becomes Bentz Street. Continue to follow Motter Avenue/Bentz Street until it intersects with West Patrick Street. Turn right onto West Patrick Street. You are now on the 200 block of West Patrick. The Healing Way is located in a light green building on the left hand side of the street, 250 West Patrick. Off-street parking is available directly behind the building. It is a little over 1 1/2 miles from the Motter Avenue exit to The Healing Way.

From the south: Take 270 North toward Frederick. At Frederick, take exit 31A  (Route 85N to Market Street). After you come off the exit, go five lights. At the fifth light turn left onto Route 355 North (355 North becomes Market Street as you enter the downtown historic district). After you turn left onto 355N/Market St., you will go three lights. At the third light, Market Street becomes a one way street. Go straight at the 3rd light and then get into the left hand lane. Then go two more lights on Market Street, where you will turn left onto West Patrick Street. You will then go 2 - 3 blocks on West Patrick Street. From the west: There are two options: Route 340 or Route 70.
Option 1: Take Route 340 East toward Frederick. At Frederick, the expressway ends and 340 becomes South Jefferson Street. At the fifth light turn right onto West South Street which is a one way street. After you turn onto West South Street, get into the left hand lane. Go two lights and turn left onto South Market Street. Then go two lights and turn left onto West Patrick Street. You will then go 2 - 3 blocks on West Patrick Street. Option 2: Take Route 70 East toward Frederick. Take exit 52B (15 North). This exit will actually put you onto 340 East at the point the expressway is about to end and become South Jefferson Street. Follow the signs for Frederick/South Jefferson Street. At the fifth light turn right onto West South Street which is a one way street. After you turn onto West South Street, get into the left hand lane. Go two lights and turn left onto South Market Street. Then go two lights and turn left onto West Patrick Street. You will then go 2 - 3 blocks on West Patrick Street. The Healing Way is located in a light green building on the left hand side of the street, 250 West Patrick St.
