Shamanic Drum Circle - Friday, September  10th, 7 - 8:30 pm
Drumming can be healing, meditative, relaxing and/or energizing. It can take you on a journey deep within yourself or to other levels of consciousness. Whether you play a drum, shake a rattle, dance, sing and chant, or simply sit back and take it all in, we all create the circle together. So come. Bring a drum, bring a rattle or just bring yourself, and join us for an evening of rhythm and spirit. Facilitated by Alexandra Windsong. Free event - donations gratefully accepted. Pre-registration not required. (Please no children under 12.)

Monday Night Meditation with Alexandra Windsong - Session runs Mondays Sept. 13th - Oct. 18th, 7 - 8 pm
Explore meditation as a tool for relaxation, healing, and personal and spiritual growth. Meditations vary from one week to the next, giving you an opportunity to experience a variety of meditation techniques. Most meditations are guided, some are not. Pre-registration suggested as space is limited. Drop-ins welcome provided space is available. $45.00 for the entire six week session or $10.00 per individual class (drop-in).

Mini Healing Sessions with Alexandra Windsong, Special Offer $20 for 30 min. - Saturday, Sept. 18th, 10 am - 4 pm
The benefits of energy healing/balancing sessions can include: deep sense of relaxation, stress relief/reduction, improve/enhance overall health & well-being, pain relief/reduction, sense of peace/spiritual awareness, clarity regarding life purpose/direction, sense of connection, feeling centered, balanced & grounded, support the bodies own healing processes, release & clearing of blockages and patterns that inhibit personal and spiritual growth, healing and release of patterns and energies that interfere with one's spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being. For one day only, Spiritual & Intuitive Healer Alexandra Windsong will be offering mini healing sessions (30 minutes) at a special rate of $20. This is a significant savings off of the regular fee for this service. There are a limited number of openings for this special offer. Attuning to Nature Field Trip (Developing Your Intuition & Energy Awareness Training) - Sun., Sept. 26th , 1 - 5 pm
In this class we will focus on developing or fine tuning your ability to tune into the subtle energy flows of your own energy field and the world around you in a natural setting, allowing you more effectively access the natural energy flows of your life and utilize your own intuitive ad creative abilities as a whole. Each participant will also receive an attunement from Alexandra Windsong as part of the class. Attunements re-pattern and refine your energy field, strengthening your connection to your Higher Self, your intuition, your guides and the source of all that is, thus enhancing, freeing and enhancing one's intuitive abilities.  This event will be held at an outside location within Frederick County to be determined at a later date.
