All activities meet at The Healing Way, 250 W. Patrick St. in Frederick, MD unless otherwise noted. There are no pre-requisites unless specifically stated in a class description. New additions to the calendar are made regularly. Gallery Readings with Alexandra - Friday, November 21st, 7:30 - 8:30 pm.
Receive information about, and/or messages from, your spirit guides as Alexandra performs mini readings for each participant in a gallery style setting. Join us for a fun and enlightening evening as Alexandra shares her special gift. Makes a great "girl's night out". (Auras and past lives may be read for some participants). Handwriting Analysis: November 22nd, 10 am - 12:30 pm
Learn how to identify your personality traits through handwriting analysis. Handwriting accurately reflects personality because, as with many other forms of expression, it originates from both conscious and subconscious impulses in the brain. Reiki III Workshop - Sunday, November 23rd, 1 - 4 pm
Usually offered as an individualized one-on-one training, Alexandra periodically offers Reiki III as a group workshop for those who prefer this type of learning environment/experience. In this workshop, you will receive the third degree attunement and learn how to pass attunements to others. Class size is limited to six participants. Pre-requisite: Reiki I & II. If your Reiki I and II training was with another instructor, please contact Alexandra prior to registration. Certificates issued upon completion of workshop. Tuition: $250. Those who have previously taken this class with Alexandra may audit it for $65. Pre-registration required.

Breaking Through the Fear (Empowerment) - Tuesday, December 2nd, 7 - 8:30 pm
Fear: an unpleasant often strong emotion caused by anticipation or awareness of danger (from Webster's). When appropriate to the circumstances, fear can be an ally, warning us of danger and allowing us to avoid it. However, fear can also become a stumbling block, a handicap, an emotion or state of paralysis that keeps us stuck, in the wrong job, the wrong relationship, etc. We have many fears -- fear of failure, fear of what others think of us, fear of __________ (you fill in the blank). When fear becomes a hindrance to a full life, how do we go beyond (or overcome) our fears to reach our goals? Developing Your Intuition Intensive with Alexandra Windsong - Wednesdays, 7 - 8:30 pm, December 3rd - 17th
Alexandra will work with a small group, no more than six, addressing issues and concerns, covering topics and techniques related to intuition and psychic ability. This intensive is for those who are looking to work more effectively with their own intuitive and psychic abilities. Topics covered in this intensive will be determined by the overall interest and needs of the group. Please note: you must have taken one or more of the classes offered in the Developing Your Intuition Series to be eligible to participate in this intensive. Living a Peaceful Life: Tao Study Group - Thursday, December 4th, 7 - 8 pm

Just Say No! Put an End to Toxic Niceness (Empowerment) - Thursday, December 11th, 7 - 8:30 pm
Do you feel overwhelmed? Too many demands, too many obligations, too many expectations? Do you have a hard time saying no? Do you sometimes feel like a walking doormat? Do you feel taken advantage of, ignored or taken for granted? Do you overextend your time and resources? Do you have a hard time saying no even when you want to? Shamanic Drum Circle - Friday, December 12th, 7 - 8:30 pm
Drumming can be healing, meditative, relaxing and/or energizing. It can take you on a journey deep within yourself or to other levels of consciousness. Whether you play a drum, shake a rattle, sing and chant, or simply sit back and take it all in, we all create the circle together. So come. Bring a drum, bring a rattle or just bring yourself, and join us for an amazing evening of rhythm and spirit. Open to all regardless of experience or skill level. Facilitated by Alexandra Windsong. Protecting Your Energy - Sunday, December 14th, 3 - 5 pm
Do you ever feel drained by certain people or situations? Do you wish you had more control over the impact that others can have on you emotionally and energetically? Learn how to deal with a variety of situations including psychic, or energy, "vampires", and how to keep your energy clear of interfering influences from your environment and other people. What's Your Animal Totem? (Developing Your Intuition) - Sunday, December 28th, 2 - 4 pm
Learn about the world of animal totems and messengers. Discuss how to identify and recognize personal power animals and how to interpret their symbolism and significance. Explore the world of dreams and dream interpretation. Learn more about the nuances of effective dream interpretation as we interpret our dreams together.
